The Box.

″‘What a great box!’ said the rabbit. ‘Come on, let’s take it,’ said the raccoon. (A quote I took online, 2024)

The box. Simple. Elegant. Beautiful. Or at least that’s what it is to our bois. What more can they ask for? The toy inside the box? No. The food that provides all nutrition and health? No. The cardboard box? Yes.

Why bother with so many things? The box serves as a cat bed, toy and teething target, better than the couch I guess?

Delivery Time: Sometimes 1 day, sometimes 1 week. Pretty fast!

Price: Quite a large range really, you could spend 10 dollars or 1000 dollars. Unfortunately there’s no direct correlation between price and quality of the box, so don’t go crazy unless you know it’s going to be a good box.

Handling: The smaller ones are quite easy to hold with two hands. The big ones which our bois adore, little bit more awkward, might need to push it around the house. Be careful of your back!

Overall Quality: The thin boxes seem better as the boi’s rip up toy, but the sturdy thick carboard boxes? Now those are the ones to keep. Our robot cleaner’s box is still there bed number 4??5?? to this day.

Feline Fun: The box is like a fashion trend that never goes out of style, it’ll always work. I don’t know how or why but it just does. The bois can spend hours on playing inside it (you know, as opposed to all the other toys we bought them :’) ). If you’re letting your bois/girls play with it though, be sure to remove any adhesions or tapes to avoid any choking hazards.

If you’re really up for letting your bois/girls have fun, make your own cat tower from cardboard! It was our first one (and my first hand-made project for them) and it brings a warm tug to the heart when you see them having fun in it!

Feline Zzz: A cozy heaven and a world of solitude, away from noisy mummy and daddy, what more can one ask for?

Conclusions: *chefs kiss* perfection incarnate, why would you get anything else?…
